Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tigrida.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
